DELIVERIES &  RETURNS

After order confirmation,  MASTIC undertakes to deliver to its carrier all the references ordered by  the buyer  and this within a maximum of 72 working hours. This transporter undertakes by contract with MASTIC to deliver the order to the buyer's address.  provided by  seller.

Deliveries are made only in France and are made by  The post office  by Colissimo with tracking number or via Mondial Relay.  The buyer has  48 hours to make any reservations with the carrier  in case of degradation.

The return costs are in all cases the responsibility of the customer and to be defined on a case by case basis.
