organizes from July 8 to 11, 2021,  a free competition with no obligation to purchase, (hereinafter referred to as "competition") in accordance with the terms described in these rules.

This competition will only be accessible on  Mastic's Instagram page, at https://www.instagram.com/mastic_lifestyle/

This contest is neither organized nor sponsored by Facebook, Instagram, Google, Apple or Microsoft.

Said  companies can not be held responsible, where applicable, for breaches of the legality of its terms and / or its conduct. Instagram and Facebook are not associated with this competition.

The organizing company therefore releases Instagram and Facebook from all responsibility for all elements related to any game, its organization and its promotion.

The personal data collected is intended for the organizing company and not for Facebook and Instagram.

2. Conditions of participation

This competition is free and open only to individuals, individuals of legal age, residing in mainland France, having internet access as well as a valid email address, and an Instagram account (hereinafter the "(s)" Participants ").

4. Designation of winners

​

The winners will be determined by a random draw from among the entries declared as valid.

The drawing of lots will be carried out, within 7 days of the end of the Competition, on the date mentioned in the publication dedicated to the Competition.

The drawing of lots will be carried out by the Organizer, Mastic, brand of the company Nouvelles Modes, at its head office, 1, rue de la Griotte 58800 Marigny-sur-Yonne.

Participants authorize the verification of their identity.

Failure to comply with these regulations as well as any fraud or attempted cheating, regardless of its terms, will result in the outright elimination of the participation of its author. 5. The winning prizes

Three winners will be drawn.

Each winner will win the prize indicated in the publication dedicated to the Competition.

Under no circumstances may the prize be exchanged for its cash value or for any other endowment.

The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for the use or non-use, or even trading, or loss of the prize by the winner.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to verify the age of any winner before handing over his prize.

6. Conditions for delivery of prizes

7. Changes to the competition
