Nestled on one of the seven hills of Iguerande, in the heart of the peaceful Brionnais region of Burgundy, La Colline du Colombier embodies the renewal of the Troisgros house. In this green setting, Lisa Roche and Léo Troisgros have given a new dimension to the family heritage by creating a place where nature, authenticity, and gastronomy intertwine harmoniously.
Overlooking the hillsides of Iguerande, near Roanne, La Colline du Colombier opens onto a peaceful and verdant countryside. Far from the hustle and bustle, this haven of peace offers a true break from time, combining rustic simplicity and discreet refinement. Its three buildings, carefully refurbished by architect Patrick Bouchain, welcome travelers and epicureans: an inn with its friendly table, gîtes nestled in an old farmhouse and its tower, and, on the edge of the estate, three cabins on stilts opening onto the valley. These “Cadoles” revisit with a touch of modernity the traditional shelters of the vineyards of southern Burgundy.

Au Grand Couvert
In this unspoiled setting, Lisa and Léo have designed an elegant and refined dining experience, faithful to the spirit of the Troisgros establishment: inventive and free-spirited cuisine, in harmony with the surrounding nature. Local produce is showcased, with dishes celebrating the flavors of the Brionnais region, garden vegetables, and regional products. The evolving menu is guided by the seasons and current arrivals. On the menu: Leek and Shellfish Game, Pigeon Rammed Earth, or Frosted Water Lilies.
The open kitchen creates an immersive experience, where the chef's gestures become a spectacle. The décor features exposed stone, a large fireplace, polished concrete, and contemporary furniture, combining rustic charm with a modern aesthetic, while the green of the Organic Chairs by Charles & Ray Eames evokes the freshness of spring. In summer, the terrace, bathed in light and shaded by mulberry trees, invites relaxation in a setting conducive to contemplating nature.

Le Bois-Manger
At the estate's snack bar, every desire is fulfilled. Quench your thirst? Carefully selected wines, kombucha-inspired infusions, and seasonal drinks crafted like true gourmet creations. Feeling peckish or hungry? Le Bois-Manger offers sharing dishes, exquisite cheeses, and delicacies to enjoy at any time, indoors or on the shaded terrace.
