Today, we are very happy to reveal a recipe specially cooked for Mastic by Studio Lizet. Behind this name hides Fanny, a food creator and talented culinary photographer. We give you her homemade cinnamon and apple-raisin granola recipe.
Recipe for 300 g granola
Prep. time 5 minutes + cooking 20 minutes
100g rolled oats
50g spelled flakes
50g slivered almonds
50 g crushed almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp unsweetened cocoa
40ml sesame oil
20g agave syrup
40 g of square chocolate (dark or/and milk or/and white)
Mix all the dry ingredients (oat flakes, spelled flakes, almonds, buckwheat, cinnamon, coconut, erythritol)
Add sesame oil and agave syrup and mix well
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes at 160 degrees
Let the granola cool
Crush the chocolate and mix it with the granola
Store granola in an airtight jar
