Before creating Les Clés du Gîte, Laura Wignolle had a long career in the hotel industry. For fifteen years, she held all the trades in the sector: concierge, receptionist, manager, etc. In 2018, the young woman begins to turn in circles and dreams of novelty. A walk in the countryside will come to materialize her wish. With her husband, they fell in love with a guest house for sale in the Lot, South West of France. They acquire it and come every weekend from Toulouse to carry out the work. In January 2019, they settled in the village and Laura began operating the Moulin de Bernard where she organized family and professional events.
In October 2020, Laura has the bright idea of launching a podcast dedicated to Guest House universe to share her experience and help independent entrepreneurs. She knows all the tricks of the trade and knows how alone you can feel in this entrepreneurial adventure. This is followed by the digital platform launched in October 2021 which also provides good advice and offers a directory of professionals.
The platform provides advice and recommendations in free access via the blog and the podcast: established hosts and hostesses, tourism professionals, decorators, journalists, lawyers, community managers... all share their expertise and deliver tips and mistakes to avoid. Absolutely all phases of the experience are covered, from the business plan to the digital communication through the preparation of breakfast.
Also an access reserved for subscribers allows project leaders to be put in contact with various professionals such as hosts in activity, companies, institutions or training organizations. Individuals and professionals can register to glean information or highlight their structure. Laura also offers personalized support to future hostesses through three progressive formulas.

The third season of the podcast will open in February 2023. This season will be dedicated to host and hostess interviews only. All other professionals will continue to post their advice on the blog.
