MY TINY ESTATE

Dean and Borja have been renovating My Tiny Estate since 2019, their estate in the English countryside, consisting of an 18th century mansion and its outbuildings. They now welcome their guests in two perfectly refurbished cottages. A country dream, cosy, which immerses its visitors in the Victorian era.

In the charming village of Coleshill in the county of Birmingham, in the middle of England, Dean the English and Borja the Spanish, have recently opened two lodgings in the outbuildings of their 18th century manor house, and former municipal library. In total, The Tiny Estate is made up of five buildings bordering an English garden and a 2.5 acres park. A typically British atmosphere where you can spend an exotic stay. The other buildings are still being renovated and will soon be open for rent.

The former caretaker's cottage and the servants living quarter are now open for booking; two cottages adjoining the manor, once rustic, which the owners have sublimated. Dean and Borja were keen to preserve and enhance all the period character elements such as parquet floors or wallpaper dating from 1910 which they had reproduced. The cottages now offer all the necessary comfort and there emerges a resolutely cozy atmosphere that mixes shaker and contemporary notes, and where you want to enjoy a chimney fire while drinking your tea or reading a novel by Charlotte Brontë, curled up in the large linen sofas after a walk in the estate's gardens.

The houses perfectly reflect the old art of living in the English countryside in a contemporary version. Sand & Suchi floral wallpapers, Morris & Co fabrics, paneling and woodwork painted in Fenwick & Tilbrook hues, Yester Home hardware, mottled furniture, white porcelain and old paintings match modern amenities, such as the gym common to all guests.
