Prep time 10 minutes + cook time 30 mn
125 g walnut
100 g soft or salted butter
70 g flour
100 g caster sugar
1 vanilla sugar pack
1 baking powder pack
icing sugar optional
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C
Coarsely mix the walnut kernels in a food processor or pestle
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture foams and turns white.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan
Add the yogurt, melted butter and walnut powder to the mixture
Add the flour little by little to avoid lumps, the yeast and a pinch of salt if you have opted for soft butter
When the dough is smooth and homogeneous, pour it into a buttered 20 cm diameter mold
Bake for 30 minutes, checking doneness with a knife blade.
Optional: Sprinkle the top with icing sugar and walnut kernels for decoration
