Following the success of our Instagram post on Made in France avocados, we are happy to share with you today the recipe for this complete toast that brightens up brunches. Very quickly to execute, it is rich in nutrients, absolutely delicious and suitable for all types of diet.
Recipe for 4 toasts
Prep. time 5 minutes + 2/3 minutes cooking time
. Ingrédients
2 big or 3 small avocados (french)
1/2 lemon or 1 lime
1 large clove of garlic
4 toasts with specific bread (with seeds, old style cooking etc.)
cream cheese
4 eggs (optional)
pumkin ou caraway seeds
salt
fresh pepper
. Préparation
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and place the flesh in a container. Crush the flesh with a fork
Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice into the preparation. Peel and grate the garlic clove. Add it to the preparation. Add salt and pepper
Lightly toast your bread
Spread your cream cheese generously on the toast, then cover with a thick layer of your homemade "guacamole"
Optionally, cook the eggs fried or soft-boiled and add them on top of the toast
Sprinkle with your favorite seeds
