Prep time 10 minutes + 25 minutes cooking
. Ingrédients
200 g butter
150g caster sugar
1 bar of dark chocolate
4 eggs
70g flour
icing sugar optional
. Préparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler or directly in a saucepan over very low heat
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture foams and turns white.
Incorporate the chocolate / butter mixture into the sugar
Add the flour little by little to avoid lumps
When the dough is smooth and homogeneous, pour it into a buttered and floured mold 24/25 cm in diameter
Cook for about 25 minutes
Sprinkle with optional icing sugar
