Golden milk is considered a real elixir recognized for its many virtues since the dawn of time. Its secret lies in the combination of fatty substances and spices.
Prep time 5 minutes
Ingredients
• 250ml vegetable milk
• 1 tsp coconut oil
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1 pinch of pepper
• 1 pinch of cinnamon
• 1 pinch of powdered ginger or a very small piece of fresh
Preparation
1 . In a saucepan, put the turmeric, add a drizzle of milk and stir.
2 . When the mixture is homogeneous, add the rest of the milk and the oil. Stir.
3. When the milk is hot and smoking (be careful not to boil it), remove it from the heat and add the pepper and ginger.
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon
You can mix everything with a small matcha whisk.

Golden milk is a very good alternative to late morning or afternoon coffee for those who want to get off the caffeine!
Virtues
Turmeric is a root like ginger. It is more common to use it in powder form. Its active ingredient "curcumin" participates in the regeneration of the brain through a detox process and an improvement in blood circulation, among other things!
