• 1 tsp coconut oil
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1 pinch of pepper

4. Sprinkle with cinnamon
You can mix everything with a small matcha whisk.
Golden milk is a very good alternative to late morning or afternoon coffee for those who want to get off the caffeine!
Turmeric is a root like ginger. It is more common to use it in powder form. Its active ingredient "curcumin" participates in the regeneration of the brain through a detox process and an improvement in blood circulation, among other things! In powder, it is little assimilated by our body. It needs to be accompanied by: - pepper, the piperine present in it enhances the properties of curcumin - ginger acts in synergy with curcumin for better absorption and optimization of its anti-oxidant effects - a fatty substance because curcumin is "fat soluble" which means that it is only diluted in a fatty substance.
Ready-made powders exist for those who want express consumption.
