A star drink for well-being and healthy food aficionados, chia water is used for its detox and nutritional properties. Ultra easy to make, include it in your morning routine to improve transit or eat it throughout the day for optimal hydration!

Recipe for 1 liter

Prep time 5 minutes + 30mn rest



  • 1l mineral or filtered water

  • 2 ts organic chia seeds

  • 2 organic lemons (green or yellow)


  1. Pour the water into a carafe

  2. Add your chia seeds, mix and let stand for at least 30 minutes. The chia seeds swell and the water eventually takes on a jelly-like texture.

  3. Wash and cut the first lemon into rings. Squeeze the second lemon. Pour the juice and the slices into your carafe.

You can vary the pleasures each day by flavoring your water. You can add fresh mint leaves, grated ginger, cucumber slices, raspberries etc. For sugar addicts, you can add a little coconut sugar.


Chia seeds

Considered as super food, chia seeds are ultra rich in fiber which contributes to the proper functioning of intestinal transit. They are packed with Omega 3 and cover nearly 45% of daily needs. They also contain 20% vegetable protein and are a good source of magnesium and calcium. Finally, rich in antioxidants, they help fight against cell aging. It will be understood, chia seeds are part of these star foods to integrate imperatively into our daily diet. Chia water is a good way to remedy this!
