A star drink for well-being and healthy food aficionados, chia water is used for its detox and nutritional properties. Ultra easy to make, include it in your morning routine to improve transit or eat it throughout the day for optimal hydration!
Recipe for 1 liter
Prep time 5 minutes + 30mn rest
Ingredients
1l mineral or filtered water
2 ts organic chia seeds
2 organic lemons (green or yellow)
Preparation
Pour the water into a carafe
Add your chia seeds, mix and let stand for at least 30 minutes. The chia seeds swell and the water eventually takes on a jelly-like texture.
Wash and cut the first lemon into rings. Squeeze the second lemon. Pour the juice and the slices into your carafe.
You can vary the pleasures each day by flavoring your water. You can add fresh mint leaves, grated ginger, cucumber slices, raspberries etc. For sugar addicts, you can add a little coconut sugar.
Chia seeds
