If you don't have time for breakfast or you want a healthy appetite suppressant, the almond milk and date milkshake is the right quick recipe for this late winter.

Recipe for 1 large glass

Prep time 5 minutes

. Ingredients

  • 10 fresh dates

  • 1 banana

  • 250 ml almond milk

  • 1 mint leaf

  • 2/3 nuts

. Preparation

  1. Pit the dates

  2. Peel the banana and cut it into slices

  3. Put the dates, banana slices and milk in the blender

  4. Mix and pour into your glass

  5. Wash the mint leaf and crush the nuts

  6. Pour them into the glass for presentation

Notes and suggestions!

Add an ice cube to the blender if you want the milkshake to be more grainy... and icy! :-)
