"Superfoods" are the healthy stars of the moment because they come to boost and defend our body naturally. They come from plants with exceptional nutritional properties, the most famous of which are acai or spirulina. Consumed in different forms, the latest trend among foodies is to incorporate them in powder form into breakfast recipes.

Foods that have exceptional nutritional properties are called superfoods. They are very rich in vitamins, minerals and/or proteins and provide a beneficial dietary supplement to our body. They are credited with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, they boost our body, detoxify our cells, strengthen our immune defenses and facilitate intestinal transit. They can be consumed in various forms and are easily found in dietary supplements in tablets, capsules or powder.   • açai: this small berry grows on top of the palm trees in the heart of the Amazon rainforest. Rich in antioxidants, it prevents cell aging, provides energy thanks to its many nutrients and is considered an anti-inflammatory.

  • acerola : this berry grown in Brazil, hyper rich in vitamin C increases the absorption of iron and thus helps to reduce fatigue, supports the immune system allows to have healthy skin, gums, teeth and bones in good health.

  • baobab: baobab powder also called "tree of life" is a concentrate of vitamin C and potassium which reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease. It is also very rich in fiber which facilitates intestinal transit.

  • camu-camu : this super fruit from the Amazon is ultra-rich in vitamin C which strengthens the body and has powerful antioxidant properties.

  • hemp: this very trendy plant contains omega-3 and omega-6, both very effective in the prevention of cardiovascular disease.

  • chlorella : an edible freshwater microalga known for its detoxifying properties for the body, it is very rich in protein, magnesium and contains omega 3 and vitamins.

  • lucuma : the one called among the Incas "the powder of the gods" brings well-being, energy and good humor thanks to its content of vitamins C and B3, minerals (iron, calcium and phosphorus) and a high level of beta -carotene.

  • maca : the powder from this tuber cultivated for centuries in the Andes, contains many nutrients rich in proteins, amino acids, trace elements and alkaloids, and is renowned for its energizing and fertilizing properties.

How to eat them?

The easiest way to use powdered superfoods is to incorporate them into recipes usually associated with breakfast: fruit juices, smoothies, pancakes, granola, porridge, tea etc. Nothing could be simpler, just add a teaspoon of the powder of your choice to your preparation: mixed in a smoothie, mixed with fruit juice or sprinkled on a granola. . Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup of frozen berries (winter) or fresh (in season)

  • 1 cup of oatmeals

  • 1 cs of chia seeds

  • 1 cup of vegetal milk

  • 1 cs of Vegan Protein Antiox Berries Sunday Natural

. Preparation

  1. Peel the banana, cut it into slices and pour them into the blender

  2. Incorporate, red fruits, oats and chia seeds

  3. Pour the vegetable milk

  4. Add the berry powder

  5. Mix until you get a foam
