The principle is very simple: do not drink a single drop of alcohol from the first Monday in January until the end of the month. Besides putting your body to rest after an excessive period, Dry January also helps regain control over your alcohol consumption. To spend this month smoothly, we advise you to vary the drinks: teas, herbal teas, smoothies, vegetable juices and fresh fruit juices .... There are many simple recipes online. An idea! Prepare a large pitcher of detox water, such as ginger water, that you can enjoy throughout the day.

Prep. for1 liter
• 1 organic lemon
• 1 cm of fresh ginger
• 1/2 spoon of turmeric
• 1 liter of mineral water
